These terms cover your use of Stay on Streak: the website at stayonstreak.com and the Stay on Streak apps for iPhone, Android and the web. Stay on Streak is run by 14736605 Canada Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to use Stay on Streak.
- Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give a real email address, so you can reset your password if you need to.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
What you share
Your habits, check-ins, names and photos stay yours. By sharing something with friends in the app, you let us store it and show it to the people you chose to share it with. That is the only reason we use it.
Only share photos you took or have the right to share, and never share photos of other people without their permission.
No tolerance for abuse
Stay on Streak is for encouraging each other. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post or send anything that is:
- harassing, bullying, threatening or hateful
- sexual, violent or graphic
- illegal, or that encourages harm to yourself or others
- spam, or an attempt to impersonate someone
Every friend, friend request and shared photo can be reported from the app, and anyone can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours. When something breaks these rules we remove it, and we may suspend or delete the account that posted it without warning.
Using the service fairly
Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of Stay on Streak, access other people’s accounts, or collect other people’s information from it.
The service
Stay on Streak is free. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Streaks, scores and badges are for motivation and have no cash value. Stay on Streak is not medical advice.
To the extent the law allows, 14736605 Canada Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service, and our total liability is limited to 100 Canadian dollars.
Ending things
You can stop using Stay on Streak and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you notice first.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
