I forgot my password
On the log in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email on your account. We will email you a link to set a new one. It works for one hour.
I used Stay on Streak on the website before. Where is my history?
It came with you. Log in to the app with the same email and password, or with the same Google account, and your habits, streaks, badges, photos and friends are all there.
How do I report someone or block them?
Open their card in the Friends tab and tap Report or block. You can also report a photo from the photo itself, or tap the name on a friend request. Reports come straight to us and we look at them within 24 hours. People you block cannot find you, send you requests or cheer you, and you can unblock them in Settings.
Who can see my habits?
New habits are private. A habit, its streak and its photos are only shown to friends when you set that habit to be shared.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
In the app, open Settings and use Notifications. You can also change it in your phone’s own settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and tap Delete account. Your account, habits, history and photos are erased for good. For other ways, and what is kept, see Delete your account or data.
