This page explains how to delete your Stay on Streak account, or just some of your data, and what happens to it. Stay on Streak is run by 14736605 Canada Inc. (Bloomify).

Delete your whole account

In the app

1. Open Stay on Streak and tap the Settings (gear) button.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email adam@bloomify.ca from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done. If you also had an account on the old stayonstreak.com website, say so and we delete that one too.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

• A photo: uncheck that day on the habit. The photo is deleted.
• A habit: edit the habit and tap Delete. Its check-ins, rest days and photos are deleted with it.
• All your habits and history: Settings, then Reset everything. Your account, friends and badges stay.
• A friend: open their card in the Friends tab and choose to remove them or block them.

What is deleted

Deleting your account erases your name, email address, password, Google or Apple sign-in link, habits, categories, check-ins, rest days, badges, photos, friends, friend requests, cheers and notification settings. Friends stop seeing anything from you at once.

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups: copies can remain in our encrypted backups until those backups are replaced, within 30 days.
• Reports: if you reported someone, or someone reported you, that report is deleted with the account.
• Legal requirements: we keep information longer only if the law requires it.
